Overview
Hilton Garden Inn Danbury is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales strategy and drive revenue growth across corporate, group, extended stay, and meetings business. This role is responsible for maximizing guest room revenue while increasing utilization of the hotel’s meeting space and food & beverage offerings.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue goals.
- Drive corporate, group, and meetings business.
- Prospect and secure new corporate accounts and maintain key relationships.
- Conduct outside sales calls and represent the hotel at networking events.
- Collaborate with operations and revenue teams to ensure successful execution of group and event business.
- Manage RFPs, contracts, and sales reporting in Hilton systems.
- 2+ years of hotel sales experience required;
Hilton experience preferred. - Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Strong corporate and group sales experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
