Our client is a privately held packaging manufacturer of custom corrugated and protective packaging solutions. They're looking for a Regional Sales Representative to support growth in Western Connecticut area.
The position is well suited for a driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer partnerships, solving packaging challenges, and operating with a high level of autonomy in their market.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
- Identify and qualify opportunities, conduct customer presentations, and develop proposals
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand volume and improve margins
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships in a consultative sales environment
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Must reside in the Western region of Connecticut
- Competitive compensation package, including uncapped commission program
