is looking for an Experience Automotive Sales Manager at our Danbury Kia showroom.

We need a strong manager, with superior desking and closing skills, who can assist the General Sales Manager, and can take charge of leading and motivating the sales team on a daily basis and bring them to the next level.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee desking and closing.
  • Train, and motivate the sales team.
  • Ensure that CRM and DMS procedures are followed to increase closing rates.
  • Set clear goals and standards for the sales team to meet or exceed dealership and OEM CSI, sales, volume, and profit goals.
  • Assist General Sales Manager with managing new and pre‑owned inventory to keep costs in line and the optimal number of vehicles available for sale.
  • Work with the management team to maintain optimum efficiency and profitability for the dealership group.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in automotive sales
  • Kia or Hyundai Certification a plus
  • Success in CSI, market share, volume, and profit.
  • Ability to identify and develop new talent.
  • Understanding of CRM best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of sales process.
  • Experience in Pre‑owned inventory management and trade appraisal.
