• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. Wear your name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
• On the floor, focus on the customer – offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to build relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Throughout the day, maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer's name.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for continuous improvement by embracing excellence as a journey, taking pride in work, achieving sales goals, and learning from one another to deliver individual and store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs. Stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts.
