Our studios are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy building relationships with people.

As a Sales Associate, you are often the first smile members and guests see when they walk through our doors. You help create an exceptional member experience while introducing new people to the Orange theory community.

• Welcome members and guests with energy and enthusiasm
• Build relationships and create a sense of community
• Share the Orange theory story and help guests find the membership that best fits their goals
• Conduct studio tours and explain our workout experience
• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow‑up communications to prospective members
• Assist with member retention and engagement initiatives
• Support studio events, challenges, and community partnerships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Work collaboratively with coaches and studio leadership to deliver an outstanding experience

• Positive, friendly, and people‑focused personality
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player who contributes to a positive studio culture
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
