Your Mission:

As a Lead Install Technician, you'll be leading and guiding your team of install techs on residential installation jobs. You will coordinate and manage install projects, mentor your crew, and ensure all work meets our quality and safety standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience leading or guiding a team on job sites.
• Solid knowledge of residential HVAC installs.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Show up on time, ready to work.
• Bonus Points:
  • 3+ years of HVAC install experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or guiding role.
  • EPA Certification.
  • NATE Certification or similar.
  • Experience using project management tools.

The Work:

• You’ll be climbing ladders and stairs.
• You’ll be lifting heavy stuff (50+ lbs).
• You’ll be working in tight spaces and different weather conditions.
