Job Description
Rite‑Hite Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. They also act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force, working independently or in small teams in a field service environment and serving as a primary customer contact.

- Act as a technical resource for customers and sales force.
- Work independently or with small teams in a field service environment.
- Serve as the primary customer contact.
- Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Must drive a company vehicle; pre‑employment drug test and clean driving record are required.
- Must have a DOT physical.

The hiring range for this position in USA‑CT‑Danbury is $26.85‑$36.90 per hour based on a 40‑hour work week. Actual base pay will consider internal equity and may vary according to geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package.
