Your Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician Apprentice, your duties will include:

Diagnosing and repairing garage doors and related equipment on-site.

Educating customers on repair options and preventative measures.

Selling services, repairs, and new equipment using our proven model.

Managing inventory and equipment in your company-provided vehicle.

Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude and technical skills is a plus Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and perform physical tasks.

Comfort working in various environmental conditions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in using computers/tablets and hand tools.
