Position Overview
As a Service Plumber, you will work within our residential plumbing department. This position is full‑time and requires travel within the CT area.
Responsibilities- Install, repair, and replace various residential plumbing systems, sometimes in confined or high places
- Provide world‑class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
- Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain clean work area
- Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
- Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
- Attend company meetings as necessary
- Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
- Holds a Journeyman or Master Plumber license - P2 License
- Must have prior residential or commercial experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work on‑call and weekend hours
