- Competitive flat-rate pay with top earners clearing $80K–$120K+ annually (depending on experience and hustle) - plus plenty of hours and overtime opportunities

- Ongoing manufacturer training & certification reimbursement - we want you to become the go-to expert (and get paid more for it!)

- 3+ years of solid automotive repair experience (dealership or high-volume independent preferred)
- ASE certifications (or willingness to get them - we’ll help pay!)
- Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset - we leave the egos at the door
