Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell‑Tower sites. This regional role requires travel within 60 miles of Danbury, CT, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace components, perform routine maintenance, and respond to service calls, including after-hours. DOT physical may be required; safety is a priority at Pearce.
