Encon Heating & AC seeks HVAC Technicians and HVAC Installers to join our Skilled Labor team serving residential and light commercial customers. In this field-based role, you will install, start up, maintain, and repair energy-efficient HVAC systems sourced through our HVAC wholesale operation. Responsibilities include system diagnostics, quality installations, preventive maintenance, and clear communication with customers and teammates. Responsibilities

  • Install, start up, and commission residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune ups
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company quality guidelines
  • Communicate findings, options, and recommendations clearly to customers
  • Document work performed, materials used, and maintain accurate service records
  • Collaborate with team members and support warehouse/wholesale coordination
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite and company vehicle
