We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician who:

• Holds an active Connecticut D1, D2, G1, G2, B1, or B2 license (Required)
• Takes great pride in performing highly thorough, detailed equipment maintenance and safety checks
• Possesses strong communication skills—someone who loves educating homeowners and building long-term relationship trust
• Earns strong commissions by honestly presenting options for safety updates, parts, and maintenance plans without selling junk they don't need
• Respects clients' homes and leaves work spaces cleaner than they found them
• Wants a long-term professional home, not just a job to pass the time
