, we're looking for a Sheet Metal Worker who enjoys creating high-quality ductwork, takes pride in precision craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a growing company where their work directly impacts every installation.

What You'll DoIn this role, you'll help keep both our fabrication shop and installation teams operating efficiently by:
- Fabricating and assembling residential and light commercial ductwork
- Measuring, cutting, bending, and fastening sheet metal components
- Reading blueprints and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate builds
- Preparing materials and staging equipment for upcoming installations
- Assisting with inventory management, purchase orders, and material tracking
- Receiving deliveries and organizing warehouse inventory
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Supporting field crews with materials and fabrication needs as projects require

We're searching for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to the details, and takes ownership of producing quality work every day.
Required Qualifications- At least 1 year of sheet metal fabrication or related trade experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Experience using sheet metal fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
- Ability to travel to local job sites when needed
- HVAC industry experience
- Understanding of duct design and airflow principles
- Forklift certification or operating experience
