Senior Dotnet Developer

Overview

Infosys is seeking a Senior Dotnet Developer
. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty;

• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across SDLC stages including Requirements Elicitation, Architecture Definition and Design.
• Create high level design artifacts and deliver high quality code deliverables for a module.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.
• Contribute to a learning culture with teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and diversity.

• Candidate must be located within driving distance or willing to relocate to Hartford, CT. This position may require travel to project/client locations in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of development experience on C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of .NET web framework.

• Analytical skills to identify root causes and propose solutions/alternatives.
• Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Participation in project review meetings with the client and regular updates to offshore teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Healthcare Industry is preferred.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per job requirements. EEO/
