Frontend Developer

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1–2 days per week onsite in Hartford, CT)

We're building a platform that uses AI agents to run the software delivery lifecycle end-to-end, with a human in the loop at every stage. The interface is where users spend their time reviewing agent output, approving gates, analyzing diffs and dashboards, and guiding execution.

That experience needs to be clear, intuitive, and genuinely useful. You'll own the front end. We'll provide the goals and UX direction; you'll turn them into a polished, functional interface while bringing your own ideas about how the experience should look and feel.

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications.
• Translate product concepts into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product stakeholders to build AI-powered workflows and interfaces.
• Create reusable UI components, design patterns, and scalable front-end architecture.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Participate in rapid product iteration, experimentation, and discovery.
• Contribute to 0-to-1 product development initiatives.
• Help shape the overall user experience through thoughtful design and implementation decisions.

• 4+ years of experience building production-grade front-end applications.
• A strong eye for UX and design, with the ability to influence and shape user experiences rather than simply implement predefined designs.
• Experience consuming and integrating APIs, with the ability to reason about underlying data models and workflows.
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions from concept to implementation with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Experience at an early-stage startup or building 0-to-1 products.
• Experience working on AI products or AI-enabled user experiences.
• Experience designing complex, data-rich, or developer-focused applications.
• Familiarity with Python-based environments and engineering teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced product development environments.
