Smart Cop – Voice Pipeline Engineer
Smart Cop, part of Harris Computer’s Frontline portfolio, delivers integrated public‑safety software that helps law enforcement and first‑responder agencies do their most critical work.
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full‑time
- Ship and debug code on a live, real‑time voice pipeline where latency and correctness are user‑facing.
- Design control systems around LLMs: guardrails, budgets, watchdogs, and safe fallbacks.
- Build and operate system components that support real‑time voice analytics.
Duration: Long‑Term Contract
Employment Type: Contract
$90,000.00 yearly
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure new systems meet functional requirements.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies.
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full‑time
$60.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Software Asset Management Director in executing day‑to‑day operational tasks.
- Maintain software asset records and oversee license compliance activities.
