Safety is our first priority! Compensation: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour. 1 year rear load experience required; manual transmission. 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience within last 7 years.

• Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturday hours
• Early start time – 4am or 5am
• Hourly pay – $25.00 – $32.00

Drivers are responsible for safely operating front, side, or rear‑loading trucks for pick‑up of bags or containers filled with waste or recyclable material. They transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities and may make one or more trips throughout the shift. Both manual and automatic trucks are deployed. The driver may repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and move or maneuver up to 100 pounds and must mount and dismount the truck multiple times each route.

• Navigate congested communities and confined or tight areas in city locations.
• Perform highly skilled backing maneuvers.
• Climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer accounts.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑inspections and ensure the truck meets IWS safety standards, OSHA and DOT regulations, and local traffic laws.

• 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Airbrake endorsement.
• One year CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Great safety record and clean MVR.
• Experience as a driver or helper for a reservation company is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA & applicable traffic regulations.
• Ability to speak and read English to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic & signals, respond to official questions, and make legible entries on reports & records.
• Ability to read and understand a map.
• Meet physical & safety requirements of the position.
• Willing and able to work required hours, including weekend, night, and/or holiday work as allowed under DOT regulation.
