.
- Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
- Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
- Scanning items into the warehouse management system.
- Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
- Organizing the warehouse space.
- Preparing orders for shipment.
- Picking orders for shipment.
- Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Operating stock management tools, such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
- Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
- Routine cleaning duties.
- Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
- Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
- Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10–50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance.
- May be subject to environmental conditions and temperature changes.
- May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work well with other staff members and supervisors.
- Open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and overtime.
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse and promoting workplace safety.
- Securing and transferring cash or other assets (as applicable).
