Overview
We are currently seeking an Experienced Lead Warehouse Professional to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of general warehouse duties, including receiving, staging, and material handling. The role also includes loading and unloading tasks, making deliveries and pick-ups while maintaining high customer service. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with multiple production teams, and performing some duties outside in all weather conditions.
Fleet management and logistic experience is a plus.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Work closely with multiple production teams to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Effectively communicate during each stage of the process, by tracking, tracing, and updating the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Efficiently handle and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Accurately stage materials and handle them safely, preparing items for delivery or storage.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring items are handled with care and properly accounted for.
- Conduct scheduled deliveries and pick‑ups, prioritizing customer service and timely execution.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock counts and inventory tracking.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including cleaning and stocking supplies.
- Participate in various special projects as assigned by management.
- Able to prioritize and strategize as needed according to urgency. Manage time effectively.
- Ability to delegate while also collaborating and personally taking initiative on tasks.
- High school diploma/GED
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience supervising others
- Must be able to bend, stand all day and lift heavy boxes
- Well‑organized, able to multitask but also attention to detail
- Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
- Previous warehouse experience;
Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations - Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer skills such as Outlook, Excel, Word
- Superior organizational, time management and problem‑solving skills
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
- This position requires a valid driver’s license.
- Employment/education will be verified.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

- Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach and operate heavy machinery.
- Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights.
- Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
$26-$28/hr. + discretionary quarterly bonus + full benefits (health, 401K match, discounted gym membership etc.)
