- Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service at firearms counter and floor, greeting customers and advising on product selections;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and promotions;
Process sales and club/VOC/in-store pickup programs, including completing 4473 forms accurately;
Keep merchandise organized and well-stocked on the floor and in backstock;
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and safety/secure handling of firearms
