math intervention teacher - k-4 (kms/kcs)

full-time math intervention teacher to coordinate small groups or individual support of students requiring intensive math instruction support and conduct push-in math support to classrooms across grades k-4. Plan activities and engage math intervention students with structured, differentiated learning activities to close achievement gaps, maintain data driven interventions and provide diagnostic assessments for students as needed. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and administrative team to discuss math lessons, student placement and progress.
