• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (CCC-SLP or CFY considered)
• Prior experience working within a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Regularly monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes to support student achievement
  
  Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students from diverse backgrounds
• Engage with teachers, staff, and parents to promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines
