Accounts Receivable Specialist

An industrial distributor company seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our accounting team by managing customer accounts, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with collections activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting or finance career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The successful candidate will help ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables while providing excellent customer service.

This is a full time permanent opportunity with a starting base salary range estimated between $70K-$85K. Will work fully onsite in the Danvers, MA office.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Experience with ERP or accounting software
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience working with customer billing portals
• Manufacturing, Industrial, Distribution, or Semiconductor industry experience
