Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, driven Administrative Manager to oversee key internal functions including finance, administrative operations, and IT coordination. This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance background who is ready to expand their scope, take ownership, and grow into a larger leadership role within a fast-growing service-based company.

ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Oversee timekeeping and coordination with an external payroll provider
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Build, improve, and document finance systems and processes
- Ensure financial accuracy, organization, and compliance
Administrative & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions
- Create structure, workflows, and documentation for internal processes
- Support leadership by keeping operations organized and running smoothly
- Act as a central point of coordination across departments
IT & Systems Coordination
- Oversee internal tools, software, and systems
- Coordinate with external IT or system vendors as needed
- Troubleshoot basic operational system issues and ensure efficiency
- 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or administrative management
- Strong experience with AR/AP and financial operations
- Experience in a service-based business (plumbing, HVAC, construction, or similar) is a plus
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and wearing multiple hats
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
