Schedule: 32 Hours/Week (30-Minute Lunch Break)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

2nd Shift Receptionist Job – Danvers, MA

Sigma, Inc. is seeking a professional and customer-focused 2nd Shift Receptionist for a 13-week onsite contract in Danvers, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional with front desk and Epic experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations during the second shift.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration as needed.
  • Utilize Epic to access and update patient information.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical and office staff.
  • Handle confidential patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Coordinate communication between departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative and front desk/reception experience.
  • Epic experience is required.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Reliable attendance with a strong work history.
  • Excellent professional references.
  • Must be able to begin orientation on July 27.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous healthcare, hospital, or medical office experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Knowledge of patient scheduling and registration processes.
Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 32 hours per week
  • 30-minute lunch break
