Location: Danvers, MA (Onsite)
Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: 32 Hours/Week (30-Minute Lunch Break)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Sigma, Inc. is seeking a professional and customer-focused 2nd Shift Receptionist for a 13-week onsite contract in Danvers, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional with front desk and Epic experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities- Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations during the second shift.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration as needed.
- Utilize Epic to access and update patient information.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to clinical and office staff.
- Handle confidential patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative and front desk/reception experience.
- Epic experience is required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Reliable attendance with a strong work history.
- Excellent professional references.
- Must be able to begin orientation on July 27.
- Previous healthcare, hospital, or medical office experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Knowledge of patient scheduling and registration processes.
- Monday – Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 32 hours per week
- 30-minute lunch break
