Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000
Job SummaryAs a Quick Lube Automotive Technician, you will work on basic maintenance of customer vehicles. This entry‑level, hourly position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks while providing excellent guest service.
Responsibilities- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires, and battery testing
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Use the multi‑point inspection form accurately for each vehicle
- Apply product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
- Ensure that customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition than when brought in
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools
- Continuously expand your knowledge of new technologies and practices
- Automotive technical school certification preferred
- Previous experience highly preferred
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- At least eighteen years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Basic tools
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug test)
