We have an opening for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a solid track record of performance and strong CSI scores. Prefer CDK experience but will train the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS- Exceptional people and sales skills.
- Must have ability to MULTITASK
- Professional appearance
- Strong phone skills
- Must maintain high CSI
- Strong computer skills including internet.
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to accurately estimate mechanical repairs
- Must, have a valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record and be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
