Asbury in Danvers, MA is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to greet guests, gather vehicle information and present maintenance options. You will build rapport, upsell services and provide accurate repair estimates in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, following up with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business while upholding Asbury’s CSI goals. Previous Service Advisor experience is highly preferred.
