- Receive, catalog, and organize incoming parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using our internal tracking system.
- Assist with ordering and restocking of parts based on usage and forecasted needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Issue parts to mechanics and technicians as needed, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts room or warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and participate in cycle counts.
- Support the Maintenance Manager or Parts Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
- Flexible schedule to cover store hours
- Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
