Entry-Level Collections Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Collections Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers to manage overdue accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and secure payments.

This is a great starting point for someone looking to build a career in finance, accounting, or customer service. No prior collections experience is required—we provide full training! Your main goal will be to maintain positive customer relationships while helping our company recover outstanding balances.

salary: $20 - $20.5 per hour

• Customer Outreach: Contact customers with overdue balances via phone and email to arrange payments.
• Payment Processing: Secure and process payments, setups payment plans, and update account statuses accurately.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise, detailed notes of all customer interactions and payment agreements in our database.
