Job DescriptionEssex North Shore is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Teacher – Design & Media Communications (DMC) beginning in September 2026. This assignment is anticipated to run through early January 2027.
We are looking for an industry-experienced Graphic Communications, Design, and Media professional to join our collaborative teaching team in a dynamic, student-centered production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic communications and commercial print/media production, with proficiency in areas such as:
- Large-format printing
- Vinyl cutting and production
- Apparel decoration and customization
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Digital production workflows
- Commercial print and media technologies
This is an excellent opportunity to work with students in a hands-on vocational setting while helping prepare the next generation of design and media professionals.
Satisfactory CORI, SAFIS, and SORI. Bilingual preferred.
