Position Summary

Support the company’s strategic objectives and annual goals by delivering exceptional customer service and operational support, in alignment with Super Service Today’s vision, mission, purpose, and values.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience at all times
  • Maintain and manage the daily schedule for service technicians
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently as service calls are completed
  • Prioritize service calls based on customer urgency and operational needs
  • Monitor and adjust appointment schedules throughout the day as changes occur
  • Proactively communicate delays or schedule changes to customers
  • Serve as backup support for inbound customer calls when needed
  • Track daily call volume and revenue targets to support department goals
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, vendors, sales staff, and internal teams via phone, email, and written communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system
  • Perform administrative tasks that support operational efficiency
  • Escalate service issues promptly to leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage conflict resolution with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive and professional tone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team setting
  • Basic geographical knowledge of the service area or ability to read maps/scheduling systems
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate’s Degree preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Primarily sedentary role (approximately 80% sitting in an office/call center environment)
  • Frequent use of phone, computer, and office equipment throughout the day
  • Occasional lifting of up to 5–10 pounds
  • Adequate vision and ability to operate computer-based scheduling and communication systems
  • Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed
