Customer Experience Specialist, Level III

Are you a "people person" with relentless positive energy? Kuhlman Electric is looking for a High-Energy Customer Experience Specialist to join our Danvers team. This isn't a typical desk job; you are the heartbeat of our operations. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with urgency, professional flair, and a "can-do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Connection: Act as the enthusiastic first point of contact for all inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Problem-Solve at Speed: Rapidly assess customer needs and provide "outside the box" solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborative Sync: Work closely with our High-Energy Dispatchers and field teams to ensure schedules are seamless and issues are resolved in real-time.
  • Total Ownership: Take full accountability for the customer journey, from initial contact to follow-up, ensuring no detail is missed.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Radiate positivity and professionalism, representing Kuhlman Electric’s values in every interaction.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proven Success: Minimum 7 years of experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment (Customer Service or Call Center roles).
  • Unstoppable Energy: A self-starter who thrives in high-tempo environments and remains "calm, cool, and collected" under pressure.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to build instant rapport with clients.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate CRM systems and master new software quickly.
  • Organizational Ninja: Sharp attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
