Opportunity OverviewMFM Health is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Gynecologist to join a well‑established, physician‑led Women’s Health practice on the North Shore of Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving, 20+ year community‑based practice and play a central role in expanding a growing Midlife Women’s Health and Menopause Program.
The practice includes an experienced Gynecologist, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, and a highly skilled support team. Physicians benefit from strong primary care referral integration, a stable patient base, and the ability to shape a focused clinical niche within gynecology.
This is a gynecology‑only role with no obstetrics, no hospital call, and no inpatient responsibilities.
Clinical Focus & Practice ModelThis role is designed for a physician who wants to practice full‑spectrum gynecology with a strong emphasis on:
- Perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal care
- Hormonal and non‑hormonal management strategies
- Uterine health, including abnormal uterine bleeding and fibroids
- Endometriosis and complex pelvic pain
- Preventive and longitudinal women’s health care
The practice is actively building a destination‑level Midlife Women’s Health & Menopause Program, with opportunities for leadership, program development, and clinical innovation.
Surgical & Procedural PracticePhysicians have access to surgical care through affiliated community hospitals with experienced OR teams and robotic surgery capability.
Procedural scope includes:
- Office‑based gynecologic procedures (IUDs, Nexplanon, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, and others within scope)
- Gynecologic surgical procedures, including hysterectomy and other advanced procedures as appropriate
- Established Women’s Health program serving the North Shore for over 20 years
- Collaborative, multispecialty environment including Primary Care and Urogynecology
- Strong internal referral network within a growing independent health system
- Highly experienced clinical and administrative support team
- Opportunity to help define and lead a regional menopause‑focused program
- Monday–Friday outpatient schedule
- No obstetrics
- No hospital call or inpatient responsibilities

- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology (or OB/GYN)
- Eligibility for unrestricted Massachusetts medical licensure
- Strong clinical and surgical gynecology background
- Interest or experience in menopause medicine strongly preferred
- Certification through The Menopause Society (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Interest in uterine health, abnormal bleeding, and complex gynecologic care
- Commitment to collaborative, patient‑centered care
