Role Overview

As a School‑Based BCBA at CAS, you’ll serve as a key clinical partner to students, educators, and school teams. You’ll design and oversee behavioral programming, support IEP teams, and collaborate closely with instructional staff to promote meaningful, sustainable outcomes for students.

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Utilize a range of assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, SSIS) to identify strengths and learning needs
  • Collect, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide decision‑making and monitor progress
  • Ensure fidelity of implementation through ongoing data review and program adjustments
