Key responsibilities:- Project management within supplier management, including technical qualification and onboarding of new suppliers
- Ownership of projects within the “Quality at the Source” program, including implementation of supplier risk management (process FMEAs, control plans, and risk-mitigation actions)
- Assessment of process capability and measurement system performance at supplier sites and internally, with definition and execution of improvement plans
- Technical evaluation and rapid root-cause resolution of nonconforming components identified during incoming inspection
- Support the introduction, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, primarily supporting Danvers-based operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, ideally Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plastics Engineering
, or a related field - Open to early-career candidates and recent graduates with a background in manufacturing, electrical engineering, or plastics engineering
- Familiarity with SPC, process capability analysis, and measurement system evaluation preferred
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing is a plus
- Strong English communication skills
, both written and verbal - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for supplier visits (
primarily U.S. and Western Europe
)
