Join our dynamic team in Danvers, MA, where innovation meets excellence! We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to our cutting-edge projects in the Structural Heart, CRM, and Neuromodulation product lines. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite at least four days a week, ensuring hands-on engagement with our state-of-the-art technology and processes.
Must Have Qualifications- Injection Molding Process Development experience
- RJG DC2 and DC3 Knowledge
- Scientific Molding
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.
- Recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies.
- Integrating equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.
- Reviewing product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
- Interacting with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.
- Developing and conducting statistical analysis or recommending additions to document work.
- Leading the innovation, development, and/or optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures for transfer to manufacturing operations.
- Developing manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and developing those techniques, including the measurement systems.
- Ensuring processes and procedures comply with regulations.
As an individual contributor, you'll advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. You will manage projects and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results, acting as a mentor or directing the work of other professionals. The majority of your time will be spent delivering R&D, systems, or initiatives related to new technologies or therapies – from design to implementation.
Required Qualifications- Education:
BS in Plastics Engineering or equivalent. - Experience:
Minimum of 7 years required. - Technical
Skills:
Injection Molding Process development, Scientific Molding Principles, Knowledge of RJG Cavity Pressure systems.
