Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

Join our team in Danvers, MA, where you'll be at the forefront of innovation and design in mechanical engineering. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to contribute to exciting new programs such as Triton, Sensight Next Generation, Sensight expansion, Micra, Voyager, and others.

• Electromechanical design of machinery
• Design of tooling, dies, molds, jigs, or fixtures
• Proficiency in Solid Works design environment with experience in PDM environment

• BSME preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• 40 hours per week
• Onsite only in Danvers, MA

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Research, plan, design, verify, validate, and develop mechanical and/or electromechanical products and systems.
• Recommend technology options or approaches for system, process, facility, or program improvements in terms of safety, performance, efficiency, or costs.
• Manage the transfer from R&D to manufacturing as needed.
• Deliver and oversee projects from design to implementation, adhering to company policies and utilizing specialized knowledge and skills.

• Work independently under limited supervision to develop solutions.
• Contribute to the completion of work group objectives by building relationships and reaching consensus on assignments.
• Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on process improvements.

• Communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors to exchange information and influence decision-making.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.
• Manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others' work products.

• Advanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management is a plus.
• Requires a University Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
