Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Danvers, MA, for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will work directly with clients to provide expert guidance throughout the mortgage process, from initial application to closing. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include originating loans, reviewing financial information, coordinating with underwriters to approve loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service to meet clients’ needs.

The role also entails maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other industry partners to grow the client base.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency and experience in loan origination and underwriting
  • Strong background in finance and familiarity with financial products and services
  • Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to mortgages is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Active NMLS licensure is required
