A rapidly growing, private equity-backed international business services group is seeking an ambitious M&A Manager to support its expanding US acquisition strategy. This is an opportunity for a high-calibre finance and transaction professional to step into a broad corporate development role within an active buy-and-build platform completing multiple acquisitions annually across the United States. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, hands‑on deal execution responsibility, and a clear long‑term growth trajectory within a highly acquisitive organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support financial due diligence work streams on live acquisitions
- Build and own detailed financial models, valuation analysis, QoE assessments, working capital analysis, and investment materials
- Coordinate cross‑functional diligence processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Support end‑to‑end transaction execution from evaluation through closing
- Assist with integration planning and post‑close tracking
- Contribute to acquisition pipeline development and target evaluation across the US market
- Prepare clear and concise presentations for executive leadership and investors
- 5‑8 years of experience within Transaction Advisory Services (TAS/FDD), Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related M&A environments
- Strong financial due diligence and analytical capability
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Experience supporting or executing mid‑market M&A transactions
- Exposure to PE‑backed, multi‑site, or buy‑and‑build environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- High work ethic, humility, and collaborative mindset
- United States based (EST or CST strongly preferred)
- Hybrid working environment with regular travel as required (Domestic travel ~once per month. Occasional UK travel for onboarding, leadership sessions.)
- Base salary: $150,000 - $175,000
