Financial Advisor / Consultant, Wealth Management
Stone hearth Capital Management (SCM) is a fiduciary Registered Investment Advisor based in Danvers, Massachusetts. We help families make thoughtful financial decisions around retirement, investments, taxes, estate planning, charitable giving, and major life transitions.
We're a small, close-knit team, and many of us have worked together for the better part of a decade or longer. That longevity reflects something we value highly: we genuinely enjoy working together and take pride in the work we do for our clients.
We put our clients' interests first — always — and have built our reputation around long-term relationships, referrals, and exceptional service. That commitment is reflected in our 5.0-star Google rating across more than 120 client reviews.
We're looking for someone who shares that client-first mindset and wants to build a long-term career in financial planning.
The RoleAs a Financial Paraplanner / Planning Associate, you'll work closely with our financial advisors and client-service team to support the planning, implementation, and ongoing service work that helps keep our clients on track toward their goals.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You'll work on financial plans, help prepare for client meetings, coordinate implementation of recommendations, answer client calls and emails, and serve as an important day-to-day contact for the clients of the advisors you support.
This is not simply an administrative position. You'll gain direct exposure to comprehensive financial planning and work alongside experienced advisors while progressively taking on greater responsibility as your skills and knowledge develop.
For the right person, this role offers a meaningful career path within Stone hearth. That may include progression into more advanced financial-planning responsibilities and, for someone interested in becoming a financial advisor, the opportunity to eventually work directly with clients of their own.
