A Season Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Danvers. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Support mobility and transfers as needed.
Monitor and record client conditions and report any changes.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
Follow care plans and agency protocols.
QualificationsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification:
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts.
Experience:
Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or healthcare settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to individual client needs.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
