Part Time Mental Health Therapist

Clover Counseling is hiring part time virtual therapists and some in person options in Danvers.

• LICSW or LMHC required and active without action
• 2 professional references required
• Experience with children and/or teens is required
• Must be willing to maintain a caseload of 5 clients minimum

• Create and maintain treatment plans every 90 days (will provide training)
• Must be comfortable diagnosing with support and consultation
• Schedule weekly or bi‑weekly sessions with clients and maintain consistent sessions according to clients' needs
• Complete insurance‑compliant documentation for each session with client in electronic medical record (SOAP Note)
• Maintain parent communication contact and schedule parent‑only sessions as needed
• Must obtain an NPI number and be willing to credential with some insurance companies if not already paneled
• Create and maintain CAQH account for insurance purposes
• Familiarity with CBT or trauma‑focused therapy or other therapy modalities is important
• Will provide some training and shadowing if necessary
• Comfortable exercising federal mandate to report and file child abuse and neglect reports when necessary

• Access to online tools to support effective therapy interventions for kids
• Create your own schedule
• Time off as needed with notice to owner
• Phone and email/fax provided
• Weekly consultation with owner available
• Option for group supervision in the future and willingness to be part of a team
• Clearly Clinical CEU membership after 90 days of employment
• $40–50 hourly rate depending on experience
• No‑show pay of $30 per session if cancellation is less than 24 hours notice
