Part-timeand full-time opportunities available Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective rehabilitation strategies
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, including but not limited to occupational, physical, and speech therapy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate successful treatment outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and rehabilitation goals
Participate in staff development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research
Experience in a rehabilitation setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility for licensure)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
