Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist – Danvers, Massachusetts
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility in Danvers, MA on a 13‑week travel assignment.
Key Details- Start date:
ASAP - Schedule:
5 days a week, 8‑hour shifts (40 hours per week) - Duration: 13 weeks with potential extension
- Travel assignment – stipend to be determined; stipend is tax‑free.
- Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Assist patients in progressing toward recovery day by day.
- Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques, provide stimulation or massage as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Pay based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
- Tax‑free stipend to be determined.
