Bridgewell - - Responsibilities:
Provide support and assist people in our services with skills training in activities of daily living during the day, evening and/or overnight hours (depending on the shift);
Create opportunities and provide support to people to develop independence;
Maintain daily progress notes and required documentation according to regulatory standards;
Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable;
Transport and accompany people to medical, recreational and other activities outside the program
