Recovery Specialist
Schedule:
8-hour rotating shifts, evenings/nights. Availability required from Sunday to Wednesday for call-outs, with the possibility of last-minute scheduling.
Assignment Details:
Contract guarantee: 72 hours biweekly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with substance use population preferred
- Valid driver's license in good standing preferred
- Must be separated from any affiliated facilities for 6 months prior to being considered
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and structure of the program by monitoring client activities.
- Observe and supervise clients; conduct regular well-being checks.
- Conduct telephone admission screenings and other admissions tasks.
- Search client belongings upon admission and discharge as directed.
- Complete necessary checklists, shift documentation, and record-keeping in accordance with agency policies.
