Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Recovery Specialist for a travel contract role in Tewksbury, MA. This position involves providing critical support and guidance to clients in recovery, ensuring safety and structure within the program environment. As a float position, the specialist will be utilized between Tewksbury and Danvers, highlighting flexibility and adaptability in responding to client needs.

Key responsibilities of the Recovery Specialist include:

• Ensure the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities
• Observe and supervise clients and unit; conduct 30-minute client well-being checks
• Conduct telephone admission screenings and other admissions duties
• Search client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as directed by supervisor
• Complete all checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures

Requirements of the Recovery Specialist include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience working with substance use population is preferred
• Valid Driver's License in good standing preferred
