Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients in a timely and efficient manner
* Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and document exchangeOrder and manage central supplies, including inventory management and tracking
Perform audits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
As a Medical Records & Central Supplies Coordinator, you will be working closely with various departments, including nursing, healthcare providers, and administrative teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records, as well as managing central supplies in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with medical records software and electronic health records (EHRs) an asset
